Coming from a background in business management and the healthcare industry, and with a real drive to help organisations grow and flourish, Justin is a distinguished Operations Director whose focus is on business strategy and client needs.

As the leader of the creative team, Matt's skills have developed ten fold through his long journey with Social Media 92. He supports the new processes during the fast growth of the team along with managing the team to ensure that all designs are relative, captivating and getting results but more importantly sticking to each clients brand guidelines.

A highly skilled, creative marketer, Susan assists with managing the design team, helping to generate fantastic results for our clients, as well as designing authentic and engaging creatives for our paid campaigns. Susan further organises scheduled calls with our clients to make sure they are getting the most out of their organic content.

Hayley is the Office Manager and Personal Assistant to our Director Joshua Lucy, as we grow as a company the workload grows too making Hayley a vital asset to the team, supporting each and everyone one of us, ensuring we all run smoothly.

Years of experience with online marketing gives Niamh a fantastic insight into the types of images and content that work best in delivering a specific message. Her skills also allow us to create bespoke drawings to use in our designs.

With years of design experience for in-house brands which has a global reach, Eddy has the technical ability as well as a diverse skillset to ensure the quality of work is met for our clients. His strongest skills consist of Adobe Suite, After Effects, Illustration (Wacom) and Vector Art.

With a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and a Postgraduate degree in Digital Design, Teresa is a highly skilled, creative individual. She is part of the creative team helping them get to the next level. Skilled in illustration and animation too, Teresa creates unique content for her clients.

With experience from working across a broader spectrum of social media marketing, Layomi brings skills which advance the team’s capabilities when it comes to delivering the right types of people for the roles which our clients have. Layomi's knowledge of the property sector plays a key part in our development the property side of Social Media 92 and ensuring these clients get the best out of social media.

Ken brings great experience from working with big brands, allowing us to develop even more effective ads to get the very best results for our clients. His attention to what really works and what doesn’t helps our clients get the ad designs which work best for them.

With a fantastic ability to create ads which get the desired results, along with his experience of various channels and industries, Zach is an integral part of the ads team with his dedication to delivering high-quality leads to our clients.
